Dressed in comfortable athleisure, she looked radiant and refreshed. She has been indulging in these sessions for some time, as she was also photographed with Raha and Ranbir while playing pickleball some time back. It is not confirmed whether the sessions are to prepare for a character, notably, her character in YRF’s Alpha.
What is pickleball?
Pickleball, a rapidly growing sport blends tennis, badminton and ping pong. It has gained popularity among celebrities, and it looks like Alia is the latest star to join the trend. Fans couldn’t stop gushing over her effortless post-workout glow, with many praising her love for a healthy lifestyle.
As always, Alia kept her look minimal yet stylish. She embraced a no-makeup look and a casual bun, perfect for a day of sweating it out on the court.
Alia’s fitness routine
The Jigra actress includes time for workouts between her packed shooting schedules. During a candid Ask Me Anything session, Alia noted that she has a comprehensive workout routine. She shared that she works out six days a week and combines different types of exercises. She does not let her body get accustomed to a single routine. “I work out six days a week! Unless I’m travelling or not well. I do strength training four times a week and yoga/pilates along with some steady-state cardio the rest of the week,” she added. It seems she has added pickleball sessions to her training routine.
