Alia Bhatt presented her first BAFTA Award at the ceremony. Invited as one of the evening’s presenters, she announced the winner in the Film Not in the English Language category. Nominated in this category were films such as It Was Just an Accident, The Secret Agent, Sentimental Value, SirÄ�t and The Voice of Hind Rajab. The Sentimental Value took home the honour.
She arrived on stage wearing a custom Gucci silver sequined gown featuring a high neckline and a fitted silhouette. The shimmer of the gown was the highlight of her look. She paired it with a soft white fur stole, which added a touch of elegance to the look. The actress opted for a sleek hairdo and her nude-toned makeup.
She also shared the stage with the director of Sentimental Valie, Joachim Trier and his entire team.

Meanwhile, earlier on the red carpet, she opened up about being in front of the camera and called her daughter Raha her biggest source of inspiration. She said, “I say this all the time, but I think I came out of my mother’s womb on action. I feel most myself in front of the camera. Being in front of the camera is a blessing. I feel so grateful that I love my job so deeply. But I have to say that my true source of inspiration and magic right now is my daughter (Raha)” On the work front, Alia Bhatt will be seen in the film Alpha with Sharvari and Love and War with Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
