Boney shared an anecdote about Anil Kapoor from the time the former got his first acting gig. He revealed that when the newcomer, Anil, got his first opportunity to act, he refused to take a bath for 2-3 days because he didn’t want to wash off his make-up. He shared that Anil was in school back then and was presented with a chance to play the role of young Shashi Kapoor. Boney was quoted as saying:
“Anil always wanted to become an actor, when he was in school he played the role of Shashi Kapoor’s child version, he was so passionate at that time that he didn’t bathe for 2-3 days. He didn’t want the makeup to come off so that everyone would come to know that he had become an actor.”
