On April 11, 2026, Asha Bhosle was admitted to the hospital after she suffered cardiac and respiratory issues. As per a report in the Hindustan Times, Asha Bhosle wasn’t keeping well for the past few months. She was critical when she was admitted in the hospital. On April 12, 2026, she took her last breath. It is worth noting that Lata Mangeshkar also died on a Sunday, on February 6, 2022.
