Earlier, the makers of Raaka urged audiences to “prepare yourself for a vision beyond limits,” This suggests a narrative that could break away from conventional storytelling. The plot can possibly explore themes like time travel, alternate realities or other high-concept sci-fi ideas.
The team also managed to keep the film’s title tightly under wraps until the very last moment, ensuring maximum impact. However, fans and well-wishers took to social media to share their excitement after the poster unveil. The film also features Deepika Padukone, the only cast member officially announced so far.
Atlee’s last film was Jawan, with Shah Rukh Khan. The movie received a historic lifetime worldwide gross collection of approximately Rs 1160 crore. Fans are expecting more from Raaka. While Jawan had Shah Rukh Khan’s name attached to it, Raaka will star another super star, Allu Arjun. Interestingly, Arjun’s last release was the blockbuster Pushpa 2. The Rule. The movie collected around Rs 1742 crore at the global box office.
