The famous director Atlee is currently busy with promotions of Varun Dhawan starrer “Baby John” which has been produced by him and is remake of his Tamil movie, “Theri” (2016).
Fans of Atlee are pretty much eager to see him directing a movie after the phenomenal success of “Jawan” and it is quite certain that Atlee is not going to disappoint his fans.
Atlee is all set to create another cinematic extravaganza with his upcoming project, tentatively titled “A6”. The film, which will star Salman Khan in the lead, has already sparked massive excitement among fans. Atlee has teased a “bang-on” announcement soon, fueling speculation about the project’s grandeur and he also claimed that it will be the proudest movie of the country.
Reports suggest that Atlee is aiming to elevate “A6” into one of the biggest spectacles of Indian cinema by attempting to rope in either Rajinikanth or Kamal Haasan to join Salman Khan. If successful, this could mark a historic collaboration, setting new benchmarks for Indian films.
During an event when Atlee was asked about “A6”, he said, “‘A6’ is something that consumes a lot of time and energy. We have almost finished the script, and we are in the prep stage. Soon, a bang-on announcement will happen with God’s blessing.”
When he was asked about Salman Khan playing an important role in “A6”, he said, “Definitely, I am going to surprise everyone with the casting. What you are thinking, yes (that’s true). But you are going to really get surprised. And I’m not being pompous, but it’s going to be the proudest film of our country. We want a lot of blessings, just pray for us. The casting is on the edge, and it’s going to happen in a few weeks. We will have the best, best, best announcement coming soon to you all.”
If you are not aware, let us tell you that Salman Khan has also done a cameo in “Baby John”. Varun Dhawan who also attended the event, said this about “A6”, “It’s going to be out of this world; people don’t know what’s going to hit them. I have heard and seen a little bit of visualisation. It’s unbelievable what he is putting together. He is working relentlessly, quietly and humbly.”

Atlee’s debut production “Baby John” is slated for Christmas 2024 release. The film which also stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi and Jackie Shroff in important roles has already generated significant buzz, with fans curious about its connection to Atlee’s unique cinematic universe.
