Dipika Kakar proudly introduced her clothing label last year. It was her comeback to work life after the birth of her son, Ruhaan. To make her label reach heights, she hired a designer named Saniya, who worked with her from Delhi and later shifted her base to Mumbai. Dipika provided her with accommodation at her mother’s place, but after the 10th day, she fired her and blamed her employee that she didn’t take the work seriously. Later, Dipika told her that she couldn’t afford her salary as she had gotten a show, Celebrity MasterChef.

In another video, which Saniya shared on her YouTube channel, she shared more about the ordeal she went through while working with Dipika. She revealed that Dipika had not paid her 10 days’ salary, while she had told her that she would be paying her full month’s salary as she had called her to Mumbai. Saniya said:
“10 ki toh payment mujhe hui hi nahi. Jabki apne mujhe bola, ‘Mai dekhti hoon mai ne apko itni durr se bulaya hai, mai apko 1 month ki pori salary dungi.’
