Mahie Gill is celebrating her birthday today; she was born on December 19, 1975, in Chandigarh. Her father was the Deputy Economic Advisor to the Punjab Government and her mother was a lecturer. She has two brothers, Navneet Gill and Shivendra Gill. Mahie completed her schooling at St. Kabir Public School in Chandigarh and pursued her undergraduate degree from Government College for Girls, Chandigarh. Later, she completed her Master’s in Theatre from Punjab University before moving to Mumbai to try her luck in films and her debut movie was “Hawayein” in 2003.
Mahie got married for the first time at the age of 17 but the marriage did not last long and she later got divorced. She admitted that she was not mature enough at that time; however, she now shares a cordial relationship with her ex-husband. In 2019, Mahie surprised her fans when she shared a photo with a child and revealed that the girl was her daughter. She disclosed that she was in a relationship, living in a live-in arrangement and had a three-year-old daughter whom she has named as Veronica.
Although Mahie never revealed the name of her boyfriend, reports suggested that he was a prominent businessman from Kerala. In an interview, Mahie stated that she never hid anything but was never asked about it; however, her relationship with him eventually ended. In an interview, she mentioned that she is a shy person and there are many aspects of her life which she has not disclosed to public.
In 2023, Mahie Gill left everyone shocked when she made a big revelation that she had married actor Ravi Kesar. Currently, Mahie lives in Goa with Ravi and her daughter Veronica. The couple first met on the sets of the web series “Fixerr” in 2019. They dated for almost four years before announcing their marriage in 2023.
