In a recent interview, Gracie Abrams opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend, Paul Mescal. She revealed the anxiety she has about how her relationship would impact her songwriting. According to the singer, she had felt “talked out” after the release of her album, The Secret of Us, in 2024. Gracie admitted that she had felt insecure about her previous relationships; however, when it came to her dynamics with Paul, it was all things healthy. She said:
“I was worried feeling secure and stable was threatening my drive to write music. It freaked me out.”
