Actor Arjun Kapoor marked his late mother Mona Kapoor’s birth anniversary with an emotional note on Instagram, remembering her and reflecting on a tough phase in his life. The actor shared that recent times have been “cruel” but made it clear that he is determined to keep going and make his mother proud.
Along with a fan-made collage featuring him and his mother Mona Kapoor, Arjun poured his heart out in the caption, writing,
“Happy birthday Maa, I miss u so much today. Life’s been kinda cruel to me lately but it’s ok… I’ve taken the punches before I’ll take em again & still rise… Because u taught me how to fight by standing up facing life head on while being graceful & dignified thru it all…
He further added,
“We will ride it out together U & I I’ll see u again soon & we will celebrate ur bday together someday… Your loving son. Arjun.”
