Both Vrishank and Prajakta have donned Anita Dongre ensembles for the wedding. Prajakta is seen in a beige traditional ghagra-choli, while Vrishank donned a white sherwani and kurta combination. In the photos, Prajakta and Vrishank are seen completing the wedding rituals while looking madly in love.
Prajakta and Vrishank have been together since 2011, having met through a mutual friend when Vrishank was 22 and Prajakta was 18. The couple got engaged in September 2023, with Prajakta sharing the exciting news on her social media platform. She also showed off her engagement ring while Vrishank was by her side.
While fans were unsure about the wedding date, a report previously suggested, “Yes, Prajakta and Vrishank are getting married on February 25, and the two are very happy and excited about it. Their wedding festivities will include mehendi, haldi, a musical night, the big wedding, and a reception, which will start on February 23 and end on February 25. All the wedding functions will take place in Karjat.”
Who is Vrishank Khanal?
Vrishank is aged 34 and hails from Kathmandu, Nepal. He is an alumnus of University of Cambridge. He has also pursued a law degree at DY Patil College in Mumbai. He is currently working in the legal field.
Prajakta’s wedding festivities
The couple seem to have had many pre-wedding festivities before officially tying the knot. From a vibrant mehendi, mesmerizing sangeet to a beautiful haldi ceremony, Prajakta and Vrishank have shared every moment of their festivities with their fans. The couple also ditched yellow on haldi and celebrated the ceremony in white outfits. They also had a party, where Prajakta dressed up as a Marathi bride.
