Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, starring Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is all set to return to theatres on March 21, 2025. The film was originally released on December 22, 2023, and was a massive hit, especially among action lovers.

The story is set in Khansaar, a city ruled by a monarchy and controlled by three powerful tribes. Varadha, the prince, faces a serious threat as his own people try to stop him from becoming king. To fight back, he turns to his closest friend, Deva, for help.
This high-energy action film is just the beginning, with a sequel, Salaar: Part 2 – Shouryaanga Parvam , already in the works. The movie also features a fantastic supporting cast, including Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Eeswari Rao, John Vijay, and Tinnu Anand.
Meanwhile, Prabhas is busy shooting for his next project, which is tentatively titled Prabhas Hanu or Fauji. It’s rumoured to be a period drama where he will play a soldier in the British Indian Army.
