The legend is survived by his wife and three daughters. Manmohan Singh passed away due to age-related medical conditions on December 26, 2024, at AIIMS in Delhi. Indian Congress members, along with Amit Shah, Narendra Modi and more, paid their last tribute to the legend.
Rahul Gandhi pays his last respects to Manmohan Singh and calls his death a personal loss
Manmohan Singh was a living legend and a pillion of the current Indian National Congress. His death left a hole in the hearts of the people, and Rahul Gandhi was affected by the same. He took to his Instagram account and shared a video as he paid him last respects to the former PM. Rahul greeted everyone with folded hands and was seen getting emotional as he bid adieu to Manmohan Singh. Sharing the video, Rahul Gandhi wrote:
“His departure is a personal loss to me. I have lost a guide of mine. Millions of people like me who were their fans, will always remember them with great pride.”
