A recent report by News18 claims that moments before the Kodava ceremony, Rashmika received a gift from her mother-in-law, Madhvi Deverakonda. It is worth mentioning that the gift was a saree. A source close to the couple stated that the actress would be wearing the same saree for the Kodava ceremony. For the unversed, the ceremony was scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. on February 26, 2026. According to News18, the source was quoted as saying:
“Rashmika is expected to receive a special sari from Vijay Deverakonda’s mother, which she will wear for the Coorg wedding ceremony, adding an emotional family touch to the ritual.”
