Rinku Singh’s father battled lung cancer for years
Rinku Singh‘s father, Khanchand Singh, died after a year-long battle with stage 4 liver cancer. He breathed his last at approximately 5:00 a.m. at Yatharth Hospital in Greater Noida, where he had been in critical condition on ventilator support. The Indian cricketer’s father had been battling liver cancer for roughly three years, with his condition significantly worsening in the last year before his demise. Khanchand was admitted to the hospital on February 21, 2026, after a sudden infection caused his health to deteriorate rapidly.
