Suzhal;The Vortex Season 2, a crime thriller, will premiere on Prime Video on February 28 in India and over 240 countries. Set during the Ashtakaali festival in the fictional village of Kaalipattanam, the series explores themes of mystery, family dynamics, and human emotions.
Produced by Wallwatcher Films and created by Pushkar and Gayatri, the show is directed by Bramma and Sarjun KM. The cast features Kathir and Aishwarya Rajesh, along with Lal, Saravanan, Gouri Kishan, Monisha Blessy, and others, with Manjima Mohan and Kayal Chandran in special appearances.
The story continues from season one’s climax, with Nandini (Aishwarya) facing an uncertain future in prison while Sakkarai (Kathir) investigates a murder in a village with a complex past. The case uncovers hidden secrets and disrupts the social fabric of the community.
This season promises a suspenseful narrative filled with twists and themes of love, sacrifice, and fear. It will be available in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada with English subtitles.
