Vijay posted a shot focused through a volleyball net with players silhouetted in the water and a ball in mid-air, hinting at a playful match in full swing. Another frame showed a floating drink station complete with red cups and a panoramic landscape beyond the pool, capturing the laid-back celebration vibe ahead of The Wedding of VIROSH.

Rashmika Mandanna, on the other hand, shared photos from an intimate dinner she hosted. The images showcased a thoughtfully curated table setting, decorated with floral arrangements and fruits. She also offered a glimpse of the menu card, hinting at Japanese culinary experience for her guests.
Notably, each napkin on the table was embroidered with the word ‘VIROSH’, a fan coined portmanteau combining both Vijay and Rashmika’s names.
A couple of days ago, Vijay and Rashmika confirmed their wedding and revealed they have named it the Wedding of VIROSH.
They shared a note explaining that the name wasn’t inspired by planners or family traditions, but by their fans, who years ago lovingly combined their names into “VIROSH.” What began as a fan-coined identity gradually became a symbol of affection and now defines this landmark moment in their lives.
Sharing a personal note, the couple said: “Our Dearest loves,
Before we made any plans,
before we chose anything for ourselves—
you were already there.
With so much love,
you gave us a name.
You called us ‘VIROSH’.
So today — with full hearts,
we name our coming together in your honour.
We would like to name it —

Despite their massive stardom, the couple has opted for a small and intimate gathering. The guest list is said to be extremely limited, consisting only of immediate family members and a handful of close friends.
