During the ongoing schedule at Santhome Kalpana House, the actor began arranging meals for residents of the nearby Kaakkum Karangal old-age home. What started as a gesture during the shoot has now continued for nearly a week, with Vishal ensuring that regular food supply remains uninterrupted even after the unit moves out.
The effort was not accompanied by announcements or press notes. It came to light through local sources and those associated with the production. In an industry often driven by spectacle, the understated nature of the act stands out.
Looking ahead, Vishal is preparing for another significant milestone. He will make his directorial debut with Magudam, a project that initially had Ravi Arasu attached as director before he stepped away.
