Many social media users are also urging others to boycott the drama, primarily because of a controversial scene that many interpreted as a reference to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Palestine. Many viewers deemed the scene unnecessary and insensitive. The scene in question featured news reports about a conflict between fictional countries named Paltima and Izmael, which many saw as clear references to Palestine and Israel respectively
