
The British royal family gathered for the annual Commonwealth Day ceremony almost two weeks ago. The event was attended by King Charles and Queen Camilla at the Westminster Abbey. However, it was the tune that was played upon their arrival that caught our attention.
Dhoom Machale was played on King Charles’s arrival at Westminster Abbey
Upon King Charles and Queen Camila’s arrival at Westminster Abbey, they were welcomed by the distinctive tune of the 2004 hit Bollywood number, Dhoom Machale. The Shree Muktajeevan Swamibapa Pipe Band, a Hindu Scottish pipe band, gave the performance. The group chose the iconic upbeat song to greet the King and Queen of England, which has left the desi viewers in splits.
