The actress was earlier married to TV actor, Piyush Sahadev, but they parted ways and legally ended their marital journey through a divorce in 2024. In a recent interview, Akangsha opened up about her moving on after her divorce from Piyush, revealing that she is finally ready to find a true companion.
Akangsha Rawat says she’s ready for a new companion
In a recent conversation quoted by TOI, Akangsha talked about her life after her divorce from her ex-husband, Piyush Sahadev. The RadhaKrishn fame candidly shared that she is currently living her best life, having bought her own home in Mumbai, but she is no longer in a cordial touch with Piyush as things ended bitterly for them. Akangsha said:
“We got divorced last year and I am currently in the best phase of my life right now. I am working, bought my own house in Mumbai and have the freedom to pursue my dreams. Piyush and I are not friends like many continue to be cordial after their divorce, but I wish him well, because we have both suffered a lot.”
