BTS’ agency HYBE, who recently announced nation-wide auditions for its upcoming global girl group, has kickstarted its Mumbai auditions in Malad’s Inorbit Mall. Filmfare was a part of the event, as we witnessed a pop-up park, with plenty fans and eager participants around. The pop-up park included hearty games, exhilarating stage performances and food stalls for the fans and well-wishers who attended the event to cheer on participants and enjoy the afternoon.
The event was held on May 9, 2025, 4 pm onwards. Apart from the auditions, there were various K-Pop and Korean culture related quizzes, dance plays and performances by Shriya Rao and Kayan. The auditions are also taking place on May 10, 2026, with similar vigour and enthusiasm.
