On December 28, 2025, Malti Chahar took to her X (formerly Twitter) handle and shared a note slamming the media for twisting her words on her parents. In the note, the Bigg Boss 19 contestant mentioned that she doesn’t understand why her parents are being dragged in every podcast and interview. She highlighted how her words are being twisted to seek attention. The note shared by her can be read as:
“I don’t understand why my parents are being dragged into every podcast and interview. And when I answer honestly and respectfully, my words get moulded into attention-seeking headlines. Why? Please stick to me only. They have already had their own set of struggles. Please don’t cause them any more pain.”
