At this year’s ceremony, Timothée Chalamet was recognised with the Best Actor award. This also cemented Marty Supreme’s status as one of the most critically celebrated films of the season. The win saw Chalamet emerge on top in a fiercely competitive category that included acclaimed performances by Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke and Michael B Jordan.

Reflecting on the win and his collaboration with Josh Safdie, Chalamet said, “Josh Safdie, thanks for crafting a role with a story. You know, Josh, you made a story about a flawed man with a relatable dream and preached to the audience about what’s right and wrong, and I think we should all be telling stories like that. Thank you for this dream.”

Fans are also appreciating his moment with girlfriend Kylie Jenner. Timothee thanked Kylie for being by his side for three years and supporting him throughout his career highs and lows. The duo also shared some lovey-dovey moments while being seated in the audience.

About Marty Supreme

Loosely inspired by the life of legendary table tennis hustler Marty Reisman, Marty Supreme follows the journey of a man driven by obsession, ambition and the refusal to settle for mediocrity. What begins as a sports drama gradually unfolds into a gripping thriller, capturing the restless energy of New York’s underground and the cost of chasing greatness at any price. It releases in India on January 23, 2026, exclusively in cinemas via PVRINOX PICTURES.
