On January 17, 2025, Travis took to his Instagram handle and shared a story wherein he confessed to his infidelity. In his note, Travis accepted that he owes an apology to his wife and confessed that he was unfaithful to her. He stated that he had an affair and repeatedly broke Katie’s trust. Travis added that there is no excuse for what he did, and he takes responsibility for it. He wrote:
“This is hard to write, but I owe the truth and I owe an apology. I was unfaithful to my wife. I had an affair and repeatedly broke her trust. There is no excuse for what I did. This was my failure and my responsibility alone.”
