The actor recently responded to a tongue-in-cheek post about the alleged feud. A line from the post joked, “Someone tell Brooklyn Beckham’s bride that in India, the MIL dresses OTT only when she’s happy with her son’s choice. Otherwise, she dresses like she’s walked into somebody’s wedding by mistake.”
Kareena Kapoor’s ‘like’ on the post quickly caught the internet’s attention. It has left fans amused by how closely she seems to be following the feud, just like everyone else. Another part of the post read, “Somebody tell Nicola Peltz that in India, all the aunties have every right to dance inappropriately with the groom… Valentino is far more fabulous and expensive than Victoria Beckham, and she did well by choosing the Italian legend over the Spice MIL…”
If you have not been following, the Beckham feud has taken a major turn as David and Victoria Beckham’s son Brooklyn Beckham has spoken out in support of his wife Nicola Peltz Beckham. He has accused his parents of ruining his wedding day and creating differences between him and Nicola. He shared statements on social media, alleging long-standing disrespect towards his wife. He also claimed that media narratives about their family have been “controlled” by his parents and their team.
A part of his statement read, “Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed. I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.”
