Timothee Chalamet is keeping himself busy after his recent loss at the Oscars 2026. For those unaware, Timothée, for his performance in Marty Supreme, was nominated for the Best Actor category and was one of the favourites to win, but ended up losing to Michael B. Jordan for his role in Sinners. Instead of feeling disheartened over the loss, Timothée is reminding his fans that there is still plenty to look forward to this year. Just a while back, the actor dropped the first look and character poster for the much-anticipated film, Dune: Part 3 and revealed that the trailer will drop tomorrow, on March 17, 2026.
Timothée Chalamet reveals the first look at himself as ‘Paul Atreides’ from Dune: Part 3
On March 16, Timothée Chalamet, who plays ‘Paul Atreides’ in the Dune movies, dropped the first look of his character from the film’s third instalment on his Instagram Stories. In the Dune: Part 3 first-look photo, we can see a close-up of Timothée as ‘Paul Atreides’ with the main focus on his eyes, as he wears a Fremen stillsuit. Compared to the first two Dune movies, many might note that Timothée’s character this time around appears rather different, especially with the visible wrinkles and bruising which can be seen on his face. One thing that is clear from the first look is that Dune: Part 3 will showcase a much grittier, almost worn-out version of the warrior prince, not the one shown at the end of the previous film.
