Known for his captivating performances and undeniable charm, Hrithik first made his mark in Bollywood with Kaho Naa…Pyaar Hai (2000). This debut film not only launched his career but also earned him his first Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. His striking looks and impressive acting abilities quickly made him a fan favourite.
In his speech, he said, “I just wanna say that I am a newcomer and holding this award in my hand scares the hell out of me. But nevertheless, this is going to be a cherished memory because I did work like a dog for this film and saw acknowledgment for my father and the whole team of Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai. I thank everyone, and I thank Filmfare…”
