Things seem to be uglier between Hansika Motwani and her estranged sister-in-law, Muskaan Nancy James. According to social media reports, Muskaan had filed an FIR against her husband, Prashant Motwani, actress Hansika, and her mom. Muskaan claimed domestic violence charges, and recently the actress reportedly filed a defamation suit against Muskaan demanding Rs. 2 crore and a public apology. Now, Muskaan reportedly squashed rumours related to the notice sent by Hansika.

Now, a while back, Muskaan took to her Instagram Story on April 11, 2026, to take a dig at the alleged claims. She urged the media to verify the news properly before spreading it and also denied receiving any legal notice from Hansika. Muskaan took to her Instagram Story to explain that the information needed to be verified. She wanted to know details regarding the secret informer and said:
“Dearest paid PR team, a little verification before posting (and quietly deleting) would really help. Also… notice gaya hai kya? I understand, Mumbai traffic.. And who exactly is this ‘secret informer’? kahan hai?? Traffic mein atak thoda sa facts bhi check kar lijiye… it helps. Anyway, loads of love.”
