Justin Fairfax was accused of sexual assault
It was in 2019 when two women came forward and accused Justin Fairfax of sexual assault. He was serving as the lieutenant governor when the serious allegations were levied against him. An associate professor at Scripps College, Vanessa Tyson, accused Justin of sexually assaulting her at a hotel at the 2004 Democratic National Convention in Boston. She stated that Justin forced her for sex, but he denied the allegations and said that his encounter with Tyson was consensual.
