My Royal Nemesis

A romantic fantasy comedy with a time-bending twist, My Royal Nemesis follows a legendary Joseon-era villainess whose soul is mysteriously transported into the body of a nameless modern-day actress. As she navigates this unfamiliar world, she finds herself entangled in a love-hate dynamic with a powerful and ruthless tycoon. It will be released on Netflix on May 8.
The Wonderfools  (Season 1)

Cast: Park Eun Bin, Cha Eun Woo, Kim Hae Sook, Choi Dae Hoon, Im Sung Jae
Set in 1999, The Wonderfools blends superhero spectacle with comedy and action. The story centres on a group of “flawed superhumans” who struggle to control their unpredictable powers, often causing chaos instead of saving the day. It will be streaming on Netflix from May 15. 
Azure Spring 
Directed by: Jung Hun-soo
Cast: Kang Sang-jun, Yeri

Azure Spring follows the journeys of Deok Hyeon, a middle-aged man seeking refuge from life, and An Na, an anxious job seeker weighed down by uncertainty. Drawn to the sea, they take up free diving, embracing its physical and emotional demands. Despite their contrasting motivations, both discover a sense of freedom and connection beneath the surface.
It will be released on May 11. The streaming platform is yet to be decided. 
The Legend of Kitchen Soldier
Director: Jo Nam-hyung
Cast: Park Ji-hoon, Yoon Kyung-ho, Han Dong-hee, Lee Hong-nae

The Legend of Kitchen Soldier follows a young man from a disadvantaged background who enlists in the military at 20. What begins as a routine service journey takes an unexpected turn when he discovers his talent for cooking, eventually rising to become a legendary figure in the army kitchen. It will be released on May 11 on TvN.
Fifties professionals 
Director: Han Dong-hwa
Cast: Shin Ha-kyun, Oh Jung-se, Heo Sung-tae

Fifties Professionals revolves around three seemingly ordinary men who were once highly influential in their respective fields. Forced by circumstance to return to their past professions, they confront the psychological challenges of middle age while embarking on a mission to uncover the truth behind an incident that derailed their lives a decade earlier. It will premiere on MBC TV on May 22.
Reborn Rookie 
Director: Go Hye-jin
Cast: Lee Jun-young, Son Hyun-joo, Lee Ju-myoung, Jin Goo

In this body-swap drama, Chairman Kang Yong-ho’s life takes a dramatic turn after an accident causes his soul to switch with that of a young man, Hwang Jun-hyeon. Now living as an ordinary employee within his own company, he is forced to see his empire from the ground up. It will be released on JTBC on May 30.
