Karuppu, the much-awaited Tamil action drama, stars Suriya and Trisha Krishnan in the lead roles. Karuppu was scheduled to hit the theatres on May 14, 2026. What to expect from the upcoming film, Karuppu?
The story of Karuppu revolves around ‘Saravanan’ (played by Suriya), a lawyer who gets possessed by a deity and starts to fight against injustice. Especially, he stands beside the marginalised communities. Trisha Krishnan has stepped into the shoes of the female lead, ‘Preethi’, a fellow lawyer. Director, RJ Balaji is the antagonist, ‘Baby Kannan’.
