She mentioned that after Rangeela, whose glamourous looks made headlines, they worked on finding cheap sarees for her to wear in Satya. Despite this, she was asked about her looks in one of her interviews, which irked her. Recalling the incident, she said:
“I was like, ‘Yaar, why are you all so obsessed with my pout and image? I am wearing sarees worth Rs 500.”
