For the unversed, Giribala and her son, Samarth Singh, were in CBI’s custody, which ended on Monday, June 1, 2026. And now, the duo were produced to the High Court, where she fought her own case.

Former judge and Twisha Sharma’s mother-in-law, Giribala Singh, is one of the key accused in the high-profile death case of the actress. She, along with her son, Samarth Singh, was in CBI remand and was produced before the court on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, where she reportedly represented herself. According to reports by Times Now, Girbala presented her case aggressively and defended herself. Both Giribala and her son, Samarth Singh, were produced in court on Tuesday as their police custody ended. However, it is to be noted that the CBI has not sought further extension of their custody, as per reports.
