Diljit Dosanjh’s Satluj arrived on ZEE5 on July 3, 2026, more than two years after dealing with censorship issues. The movie was originally supposed to be released in 2023 with the title Punjab 95. Notably, the latest OTT release happened without any cuts that were originally requested by CBFC in 2023.
While the film opened to positive reviews, it was removed from ZEE5 two days after its release. Although the reasons remain unknown, the latest action has already led to a lot of debate on social media. Amid this, the film has landed itself in another issue where pirated copies have emerged online after its removal from the OTT platform.
