Netflix just dropped the teaser for its new comedy Toaster, starring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra, and it looks like a wild ride. The story kicks off with a simple wedding gift — a fancy toaster — but turns into complete chaos when the marriage gets called off.
In the teaser, Rajkummar and Sanya share some funny banter before gifting the expensive toaster to a newlywed couple. But when things go south, Rajkummar’s character goes all out to get the toaster back, leading to a series of hilarious mishaps.
Directed by Vivek Das Chaudhary and produced under Kampa Films, this is Rajkummar and Patralekhaa’s first production together. The film also features Seema Pahwa, Abhishek Banerjee, and more familiar faces.
Fans are hyped to see Rajkummar and Sanya team up again after Ludo and HIT: The First Case. Netflix also revealed more upcoming releases like Rana Naidu Season 2, Jewel Thief with Saif Ali Khan, and Delhi Crime Season 3.
