Junior Bachchan had leased his Juhu property near Amitabh’s landmark home, Jalsa, at Juhu Vile Parle Development Scheme to the State Bank Of India. The lease agreement reportedly was registered on September 28, 2021 for 15 years. SBI pays the actor Rs. 18.90 lakh monthly rent. This would be for 15 years, with a rental escalation after five years. Abhishek would then get a rent of Rs. 23.6 lakh, which would rise after five years to Rs. 29.53 lakh. SBI had already paid the actor deposit of Rs. 2.26 crore, down to the total rent for a year.
