Sean Diddy Combs, who is awaiting his federal trial was briefly hospitalized on the night of January 30, as per a US media report. He was admitted to the Brooklyn Hospital for an MRI of his knee and was released shortly after that.
He was reportedly taken to the hospital from the Metropolitan Detention Center under the cover of darkness. Diddy is awaiting trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and prostitution. His trial will begin on May 5.
As per a prison spokesperson quoted by a US media outlet, “For privacy, safety, and security reasons, we do not comment on the conditions of confinement for anyone in our custody to include medical status or medical trips.”
