However, unlike most star kids who are often seen cruising the streets of Mumbai in luxury cars, Junaid has quite literally taken a different path for his commute. Ahead of his film, the actor shared a hilarious anecdote from the time he accidentally bumped into his father at a traffic signal while travelling in an auto-rickshaw.
Junaid Khan shares why he prefers travelling by auto
Junaid Khan, often spotted commuting in auto-rickshaws or walking back from the market, prefers simplicity over luxury. In a chat with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, he revealed that he avoids luxury cars due to Mumbai’s traffic and parking issues, calling autos a more practical choice. He explained:
“In a city like Mumbai, an auto is the best way to travel. If I take a car, I’ll get stuck in traffic and have to find parking. It’s just a practical choice. Itna bhi log mujhe nahi jaante (People don’t know me that much). Only once, an auto driver recognised me.”
