Ram Kapoor left everyone surprised with his drastic physical transformation. The actor, best known for Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, has reportedly lost 55 kgs. Now, he has shared his weight loss journey and denied allegations of using Ozempic or opting for surgery.
Ram Kapoor took to his social media handle to post a video of himself looking as fit as ever. He can be seen flexing his muscles. He wrote, “Now do you believe me …?”

Ram Kapoor went on to counter rumours of him using Ozempic or getting surgery done. He said, “First of all, there’s nothing wrong if I did [ozempic or surgery]. But now, in less than 30 seconds, I am going to prove to you that I have done nothing. This is where I am at, but I am still a work in progress.”
He added, “I have no best body. The point is 2, this kind of transformation requires hard work and long, long hours, no shortcuts, no surgery, no Ozempic. That only does weight loss, not this. Right?”
Ram Kapoor further shared that he’s aiming to get 6-pack abs in four to six months. Earlier, on a podcast with Cyrus Brocha, the actor revealed that he lost 30 kgs in the past and gained it back. He suggested that a healthy mindset is more important than temporary diets.
