The death of acclaimed filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, in December 2025 has sent shockwaves across the entertainment world. The cause of death was attributed to a homicide in which multiple sharp force injuries were inflicted with a knife. Two days after the celebrity couple’s death, their son, Nick Reiner, was charged with their murders.
Nick Reiner’s health conditions worsen
Nick was put into Twin Towers Correctional Facility in Los Angeles after being charged with his parents’ murders. And now, it is reported that Nick is looking completely different and is unrecognisable. A source told the Daily Mail that Nick’s health is ‘rapidly deteriorating’. The source further stated that Nick looked skinny and had gone almost bald due to medication provided by the institution.
The insider also revealed that though Nick wasn’t keeping well even before his parents’ death, his condition inside the prison deteriorated rapidly now. According to the source, Nick’s behavior is also affecting his ability to speak with his lawyers, as he is ‘babbling like a child’.
