Will Smith’s former friend, Bilaal Salaam, has once again made headlines after he asked the court to direct the actor to testify against his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith. The request has been made at a time when Bilaal is pursuing legal action over his allegations that Jada threatened him during the actor’s birthday.

Bilaal Salaam, better known as Brother Bilaal, is a filmmaker. He claims to be a former associate of Will Smith. Bilaal had publicly claimed that he had been close friends with the actor for more than four decades. In turn, he calls himself Will Smith’s “best friend for nearly 40 years.”
