According to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened at around 2:52 a.m. in Maryland.
Reportedly, Kaylee Hottle was not driving the car. There was a driver along with another passenger. However, the identities of both of them have not been revealed. At the time of the accident, the car was at a high speed and eventually the driver lost control, and it crashed into a drainage ditch.
