D4VD, born David Burke, is currently facing murder charges after the dismembered parts of Celeste Rivas were found in his car’s trunk. While the musician has maintained that he did not murder the 14-year-old, a single was recently dropped on his Apple Music account titled I Did It which immediately caught everyone’s attention. Did D4VD really release a single titled I Did It?
Amid singer D4VD being locked up and fighting to keep his murder case from going to trial, his Apple Music page has garnered immense attention. The buzz began after fans noticed that a single titled I Did It was released on his account, immediately coming to notice. What made the video further believable was the fact that it featured artwork of an aerial photo of D4VD’s Tesla in the L.A. tow yard where Celeste Rivas’ dismembered body was discovered last year in 2025.
Fans further noticed how the chorus repeatedly names Celeste and even describes her as “the girl with my name tattooed on her chest” and claims her scent remains on his clothes “like cigarettes.” However, it immediately raised questions about the track’s authenticity, making fans question whether it was real. Following the same, two more tracks were released on D4VD’s Apple Music titled I’m Sorry, I Love You, Celeste, and I’ll See You in Hell, Celeste as part of I Confess, Celeste.
