However, his surprise exit on Judgement Day shocked his fans. But before his eviction, Harshad made everyone in the house emotional by talking about a traumatic chapter from his life.
Harshad Chopda was sexually abused as a child
In one of the episodes of the show, the actor was supposed to reveal a childhood secret of his life and he revealed how he was abused by someone, who was trusted by his parents and the whole community. Revealing his traumatic ordeal, Harshad said:
“I was around 9-10 years old. Our parents tend to trust other people with their children. Once they had left me with some trusted people, who were not only trusted by the family but by the whole community. As a child, I was a little submissive. In the night someone was rubbing himself on me. I was fully dressed it was just that someone was on top of me and rubbing.”
