Amid that, the latest reports have revealed that a man named Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce has been arrested after he sent death threats to a judge.
Man arrested for sending death threats to a judge
A California man has been arrested and put behind bars for allegedly sending a death threat related to Nolan Wells to a Jackson County judge. For the unversed, the judge is the stepmother of one of Wells’ friends. The man was soon identified as Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce and is currently locked up on charges of interstate transmission of a threatening communication.
According to reports, if the allegations against him are proven, Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce will have to spend a long time in jail. For the unversed, the federal crime carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. Investigators say Dumarce used the social media handle “@yaeyae962” to send Judge Ashlee Cole threatening Facebook messages in the aftermath of Nolan Wells’ death.
