A 19-year-old Californian student was studying in London in 2025. Now, it has been revealed that a popular weight loss shot she took, became the cause of her death. It is worth mentioning that Josphine Nasr wasn’t obese. As per report by Daily Mail, she suffered a fatal heart rhythm in her dorm room at the University of East London.

Josephine Nasr died due to weight loss shot, she was prescribed by her doctor in California in August 3, 2025. The investigators found an empty vial of the treatment was found in her room.For those who don’t know, Josephine was a second-year law student, and a week before her death she had visited her home in California.
On the day of her death, she had spoken to her family at around 8:30 p.m. However, she was found dead two hours laters. Over the phone call, Josephine told her parents and her sister, Anastasia that she was feeling nauseous and had been vomiting.
