A woman named Jayme Leagh Franklin was standing beisde US President Donald Trump during an event. She is a conservative media executive and former Trump administration staffer. She was standing near Donald Trump and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as the president was signing an executive order concerning federal childhood vaccine recommendations.
In a clip, Franklin kept nodding while placing one hand near her stomach. However, this left many thinking that she was using a hidden device kept in her belly to send an electric shock to Donald Trump whenever he dozed off or lost focus. However, there is no evidence that Franklin was using any device of such sort.
