Pralay is being produced by Ananya Birla’s Birla Studios, Hansal Mehta and Sahil Saigal’s True Story Films. It is also being co- produced by Ranveer’s own banner named Maa Kasam Films. Ranveer is headlining the movie and also serving as a producer. Jai Mehta is directing the film. He had earlier co-directed the SonyLIV series, Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story with Hansal Mehta in 2020. He also directed the JioHotstar series, Lootere in 2024.
