She revealed that she lived one door down from the actress’s West Hollywood condo, where Hayden had moved from New York and had been living with Brian Hickerson. She recalled an incident from 2020, when the cops had arrested the real estate agent for punching his then-girlfriend, creating an environment of terror around the complex.
However, what left everyone stunned was Mia Terrazas’s admission that she was scared of Brian and believed he was dangerous the whole time he was living with Hayden Panettiere. She further admitted that it continued even after the court issued a no-contact order. The situation between Hayden and Brian Hickerson was so out of control that she herself had called 911 at least half a dozen times, and the HOA had issued a warning about Brian being spotted on the property in 2025.
